Who we are

Website

When you submit our contact form, the information you enter (such as name, phone, email, address and message) is delivered to our business email through our form provider, Formspree, so we can respond to you. We do not sell or rent personal information. We use it only to respond to your inquiry and provide our services.

Internal Google integration

We operate a private, internal tool that connects to our own business Gmail account with read-only access (gmail.readonly) to help us organize and respond to customer calls and messages. It is used only by our business, for our own account. Data obtained through Google APIs is processed on computers we own and control, is not sold, is not used for advertising, and is not shared with third parties except as required by law. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to theGoogle API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Retention

We keep inquiry and message information only as long as needed to serve customers and meet legal or insurance-claim obligations, then delete it.
