Wylie, Texas’ Most Trusted Emergency Water, Fire and Mold Restoration Experts
Water, fire and mold damage get worse by the hour. Our emergency line is answered around the clock, and a crew can be dispatched to your home or business day or night.
What to Do While You Wait for Us
- Stay safe. If there is standing water near electrical outlets, structural damage, or lingering smoke, keep everyone out of the affected area.
- Stop the source if you safely can. Shut off the main water valve for a plumbing leak. Leave fire scenes to the fire department until they release the property to you.
- Document the damage. Take photos and video before anything is moved. Your insurance adjuster will ask for them.
- Call your insurance carrier. Report the loss and get a claim number. We coordinate directly with your adjuster once we are on site, and our estimates and moisture documentation are prepared to support the claim.
- Don’t start demolition or DIY drying. Removing wet materials without containment can spread contamination and mold, and it can complicate your claim.
What Happens When You Call
When you reach us, we ask what happened, where the property is, and whether anyone is in danger. A technician is dispatched to assess the loss, begin emergency mitigation such as water extraction, board-up or tarping, and walk you through the next steps. From there, one team carries the project through drying, cleaning, and full reconstruction.
